Tools
We provide staff the development environment and tools which they like to use. On top of that, everyone gets a yearly $350 personal budget to spend on books, software, hardware or any other tool to help do the job. We've already got you covered with adjustable standing/sitting desks.
Location & Studio
Our home away from home is located in a renovated vintage Yaletown building. We like to work together on-site in a collaborative space with rooms for meetings, quiet time and inspiration. Our soundproofed room ("the Cocoon") allows you to sing loudly, meditate in our Marvel hug massage chairs or play the piano. If you need some time away from your desk, you can always kick back in our lounge area.
Fitness
We understand that being at your desk for long hours has its drawbacks, so we have an on-site fitness facility with free weights, mats, rollers and other accessories. Our coolest fitness activity is a state-of-the-art PowerWatts indoor cycling system. Cycle solo or with a group while tracking all your real-time stats on big-screen TVs.
Food
We have an in-house French chef who has worked at two Michelin two-star restaurants in France and Japan, who cooks delicious snacks and lunches with local organic ingredients. Check out the food labs' Instagram page to see our delicious lunch spreads.
Our founder is a medical doctor who cares about health, which means organic snacks and drinks are stocked in our kitchen for everyone to enjoy, with optional healthy, organic and tasty lunches, in that priority.
I would love to see it remembered as one of the best places to work for in Vancouver. That's what I personally think it is.

The tech industry moves fast and we want everyone at Reinvent to keep up. We promote continuous learning and provide development opportunities through courses, training, conferences and tutorials. Spend up to $3400 over a two-year cycle and have 90% covered by us.
Other Fun Stuff
We take team-building trips to international locations with Las Vegas, San Francisco, Toronto, Calgary, and Disneyland being past destinations. We support worthy causes, hold hackathons and workshops, provide books of interest, share hikes and picnics, hold cooking classes and much more.
